Notification of Transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")

Henry Boot PLC ('the Company') has been advised by Mr David Anderson, Managing Director of Henry Boot Developments Limited and a PDMR of the Company, that on 30 May 2010, he completed the sale and repurchase of 10,800 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company, at a sale price of 98.32 pence per share and a purchase price of 97.45 pence per share, in order to effect the transfer of these shares into his Individual Savings Account (ISA).
