Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') and Connected Persons

To comply with DTR 3.1.4, the Company advises that it was notified on 6 November 2009 that following the purchase on 6 November 2009 of 5,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 86 pence per share, Kevin Whiteman (a Non-Executive Director of the Company) now has an interest in 15,500 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.005% of the total shares in issue.
