The Company was notified on 17 November 2009 that on the same day Mr. James Philip Quibell Harrison, a director of the Company, disposed of 8,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company at 75p per share.

This disposal brings his total holding to 7,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.08% of the Company's total voting rights.
