Director Dealings
The Company has received notice that, on 30 May 2014, Alistair Rae (Non-Executive Chairman of SimiGon) transferred 193,548 ordinary shares of 0.01 NIS each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal shareholding into his SIPP. Following this transaction Mr. Rae's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 202,249 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.43 per cent. Of the total issued share capital of the Company.
