On 21 May 2011, Keller Group plc was advised that on 20 May 2011 Ms Ruth Cairnie, a director of the Company, together with a connected person, purchased 6,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 533.8p per share. Following this purchase, Ms Cairnie has a beneficial interest in 6,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
