The Company announces that, Roger Mountford, a Director of the Company, purchased in England 244 Ordinary 25p shares of the Company under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, following payment of the dividend on 31 March 2010. Mr Mountford now has an interest in 11,893 Ordinary shares, representing 0.047% of the total voting rights of 25,186,755 shares. The shares were purchased at a price of 858.26 pence per share.
