The Company has been informed that Nigel Clark, Non-Executive Chairman, today exercised options over 20,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of 220 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase Nigel Clark's beneficial interest in the Company is 24,600 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.1513% of the Group's issued share capital.
