Notification of Transaction by

Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)

Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that on 5 March 2012 Norman Murray, the Chairman of the Company and a PDMR, transferred by way of gift 7,730 ordinary shares of US$0.02 each in the Company (the "Shares") to his wife.

Following this transaction, Mr Murray's continues to have a discloseable interest in 7,730 Shares notwithstanding that it is his wife who now holds the shares.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 345,870,233 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
