SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC ("SRT" or the "Company") DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Software Radio Technology plc has been notified that Andrew Lapping, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in SRT at a price of 20.9 pence per share on 12 July 2012. Following this acquisition, Mr. Lapping is interested in 1,131,080 ordinary shares, representing 0.98 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
