Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been notified pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 5p each involving one of its directors, William Wyatt and one of Mr Wyatt's connected persons, The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company ("Dunchurch").

On 28 September 2015, Dunchurch purchased 19,000 shares in Caledonia, representing 0.034% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital, at a price of 2160p per share from a close family relative of Mr Wyatt. The purchase was conducted off-market and in London. The shares purchased will be registered in Dunchurch's own name.

Mr Wyatt's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transaction are as follows:

Beneficial - 1,079,365* shares = 1.95%

Non-beneficial - 28,293 shares = 0.05%

Options - 19,496 shares = 0.04%

Performance share scheme awards - 103,909 = 0.19%

Deferred bonus plan awards - 70,024 shares = 0.13%

* includes 972,066 shares owned by Dunchurch.
