White Young Green PLC19 June 2007 WHITE YOUNG GREEN PLC DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS White Young Green plc ("the Company") has been informed that Robert Hartley andDenis Connery, directors of the Company, yesterday undertook the followingtransactions and have increased their personal shareholdings in the Company: Robert Hartley has exercised 55,000 shares awarded under the White Young GreenPlc Executive Share Option Scheme (1996) and has sold 33,015 shares at 450p tocover the cost of the option and the relevant taxation liability. As a result,Mr Hartley's beneficial ownership in the Company has increased to 47,503ordinary shares (0.1% of the total issued share capital). Denis Connery has exercised 50,000 shares awarded under the White Young GreenPlc Executive Share Option Scheme (1996) and has sold 29,686 shares at 450p tocover the cost of the option and the relevant taxation liability.
