The Company announces that it was informed on 13 November 2009 that Mr John McCall, Chairman, purchased 9,460 ordinary shares (0.03% of the issued share capital) on 13 November 2009 at 105 pence per share.
Following this, Mr McCall has an interest in 4,120,918 ordinary shares representing 11.40% of the issued share capital of the Company.
