The Company was notified on 25 March 2010 of the following transactions by Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and their Connected Persons.

On 24 March 2010, Charles Pollard, Non-Executive Director of Air Partner plc, purchased 25,000 shares at an average of 362p. Following this transaction Mr Pollard has an interest of 25,000 shares representing 0.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
