Director's Shareholding
The Company today announces that, on 2 September 2010, Baroness Cohen of Pimlico, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 5,265 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 22.00 pence per Ordinary Share pursuant to the exercise of warrants. Following the acquisition of these shares, Baroness Cohen will be beneficially interested in 225,905 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
