The Company has been notified that Jesper Kjaedegaard, a Non-Executive Director of Stobart Group, purchased on 20 January 2012, 22,000 Ordinary Shares in the Group at 122.80 pence per share.
Following the above transaction, Jesper's interest in Stobart is 100,750 shares, representing 0.029% of the Group's issued share capital.
