The Company was advised on 28 May 2009 that on that date, Mr Tigue, a Director of the Company, bought 835 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 308.5p per share, representing 0.001% of the Company's issued share capital. 

Following this purchase, Mr Tigue had a total interest of 58,555 shares in the Company representing 0.008% of the Company's issued share capital.
