In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that Mr Julian Waldron, a non-executive director of the Company, has acquired further ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company.

Mr Waldron acquired 81,725 Ordinary Shares on 21 December 2011 at a price of 22 pence per Ordinary Share pursuant to the exercise of warrants. Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Waldron has a notifiable interest in 256,725 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
