Zytronic plc (the 'Company') was notified yesterday that Mr David Banks, Chairman, had on that day transferred 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to his wife for nil consideration. Following this transaction, Mr Banks and his wife remain interested in 24,545 Ordinary Shares representing 0.17% of the issued share capital of the Company.
