DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "RB") announces the following changes in the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
Reckitt Benckiser Group 2015 Long Term incentive Plan (the "LTIP")
On 2 December 2015, an award was made under the LTIP to the Directors and PDMRs listed below:

The LTIP was approved by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 7 May 2015. The number of Shares and options shown is the maximum available if the stretching performance conditions for the three year performance period ending on 31 December 2018 are satisfied in full, and are in accordance with the Company's remuneration policy. Options will be exercisable at £63.25 per Share.
There will be no retesting of these awards. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards.
