Director / PDMR shareholding

Lavendon Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 13 March 2012, Alan Merrell, the Company's Group Finance Director, sold 8,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 122.00p and subsequently acquired 8,000 Ordinary Shares at 122.50p, for the purposes of transferring part of his holding in the Company into a personal ISA. Alan Merrell's overall holding in the Company remains unchanged at 142,762 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the Company's share capital.

On the same date, Mark Johnson, the Company's Group IT Director, sold 8,000 Ordinary Shares at 122.38p and subsequently acquired 8,000 Ordinary Shares at 122.38p, for the purposes of transferring part of his holding in the Company into a personal ISA. Mark Johnson's overall holding in the Company remains unchanged at 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the Company's share capital.
