Director's Shareholding

On 15 April 2011 Moss Bros Group Plc (the "Company") announced that Bryan Portman will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2011. The Company was notified on 28 April 2011 that on that day Bryan Portman purchased 80,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 27.5 pence per Share. As a result of this purchase, Bryan Portman has a total interest in 80,000 Shares representing approximately 0.08% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
