Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has today been informed that Mr Jonathan Pochin, a director of a subsidiary company, disposed of 10,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 3 March 2010 at a price of 80p per share to Mr John Moss, chief executive of the Company. 

Mr Jonathan Pochin now has a beneficial interest in 411,009 ordinary shares in the Company, being 1.97 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company and Mr John Moss now has a beneficial interest in 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company, being 0.04 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
