Surgical Innovations Group plc announces that Graham Bowland, Finance Director of the Company, on 20 June 2008 sold 258,749 ordinary shares, representing 0.07 per cent. of the issued share capital, at a price of 2.58p per share to his Self Invested Personal Pension. His beneficial interest remains unchanged as a result of the transaction.
