Robert Walters plc announces that Giles Daubeney, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, has today purchased a total of 21,455 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 233p per share.

As a result of the above transaction, Giles Daubeney now has an interest in 1,619,112 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.11% of the Company's issued share capital.
