Director/PDMR Shareholdings

On 17 February 2009 the Company received notification that Capita Aesop Trustees Limited, the trustees of Tribal Group plc Share Incentive Plan (SIP), has purchased 125 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at a price of 100.4p per share on behalf of Richard Collins, who is a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility. These shares are to be held in accordance to the rules of the Company's Inland Revenue approved SIP.
