Safestyle UK plc, the leading retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors to the UK homeowner market, has been notified that on 21 September 2020, Rob Neale purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 34.575 pence per Ordinary Share, following which Rob holds 325,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.24% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
