Director/PDMR Shareholding

Deltex Medical Group announces that it received notification on 20 December 2013 that its Chief Executive, Ewan Phillips, on 20 December 2013 transferred 54,000 Ordinary Shares into his Self Invested Personal Pension at a price of 14.0p per share. Ewan Phillips is the principal beneficiary of this fund and following this transaction his beneficial interest remains the same at 1,609,773 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.96% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
