TRIFAST PLC 

Notification under paragraphs 3.1.2R to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules

Trifast plc ("Trifast" or the "Company") announces that it was notified on 2 April 2009 that Mr Neil Chapman, being a person discharging managerial responsibilities of Trifast, has purchased 220,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 9.0 pence per share.  These transactions were effected on 2 April 2009 on the London Stock Exchange.

Following this purchase, Mr Chapman is beneficially interested in 220,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
