Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 1 October 2012 that Karin Mortstedt, the wife of Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company and therefore a connected person, purchased a total of 200 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 720 pence per Ordinary Share on 1 October 2012. 

Following this transaction, the interest of Mr Mortstedt, combined with the interest of Mrs Mortstedt, in the Company following this transaction is 23,096,287 Ordinary Shares (53.33%).
