The Company announces that it received notification today from Neil Bleasdale, Non Executive Director of the Company, that on 16 July 2008 he bought 29,000 ordinary shares in AEN at 42.75 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction Neil Bleasdale holds 55,000 AEN ordinary shares.
