The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") advises that it received notification on 23 September 2011 that on that date Peter Batchelor, Finance Director, transferred 56,500 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Company ("Shares") to a Self-Invested Personal Pension plan of which he is the sole beneficiary. The transfer does not represent a change in Mr Batchelor's beneficial interest in the Company which remains at 590,001 Shares (representing 0.57% of the Company's total voting rights).
