On 15 September 2009, John Glencross, a director of Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT plc, purchased 28,938 Ordinary shares in the Company from his wife for a total consideration of £21,269.43. Mr Glencross' resultant interest in the Ordinary shares of the Company remains unchanged at 88,601 shares, representing 0.71% of the Ordinary shares in issue. John Glencross now holds his entire interest directly, whereas previously 28,938 Ordinary shares were held by his wife.
