Director/PDMR Shareholding

SWP Group plc announces that it has received notification on 25th May 2011 that its Director, Mr Colin Stott, on 23rd May 2011 has acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 9.25p per Share representing 0.03% of the issued share capital in the Company.

SWP Group plc further announces that it has received notification today that its Chairman, Mr Alan Walker, on 24th May 2011, had sold 200,000 Shares to his fellow Director, Mr Colin Stott at 9.15p per Share. Following the disposal, Mr Walker and his family interests hold 14,278,457 Shares in the Company representing 7.20% of the issued share capital and Mr Colin Stott's holding in the Company has increased to 250,000 Shares representing 0.13% of the issued share capital in the Company.
