Robert Walters PLC25 May 2007 ROBERT WALTERS PLC (the 'Company') Director's Shareholding The Company was informed today that the GDP Settlement Trust in which GilesDaubeney, Chief Operating Officer, has a beneficial interest yesterday sold225,000 ordinary shares of 20p each at a price of 368 pence per share, therebycompleting the trustees' instruction to sell 600,000 shares, following the saleon 10 May 2007 of 375,000 shares. Giles Daubeney now has a beneficial interest in 521,959 ordinary shares,representing 0.61% of the Company's issued share capital and in addition GilesDaubeney also has an interest over 475,728 shares that have vested in respect ofshare incentive schemes and a further interest over 1,972,606 shares that havenot yet vested.
