Avesco was notified on 1 October 2012 that Richard Murray, the Company's Chairman, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company also on 1 October 2012 at a price of 158 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Murray holds 5,273,206 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 20.7% of the total voting rights.
