Share Acquisition by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

Sepura plc (the "Company") a leading global provider of mission-critical communications systems, announces that it was yesterday notified that on 27 July 2015 Juan Ferro, a PDMR, acquired 218,750 ordinary shares of £0.0005 each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 156.50 pence per Share.

Following this acquisition, Mr Ferro has an interest in 218,750 Shares, representing approximately 0.12% of the issued share capital of the Company, all of which are held by him personally.
