Director/PDMR Shareholding

ECO Animal Health Group plc (the "Company") was informed today that on the same day, a total of 1,043,553 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were sold at a price of 418.5p each by Peter Lawrence (Director) and his family’s beneficial interest (persons closely associated).

Following this sale, Peter Lawrence and his family's beneficial interests in the Company is now 10,353,477 Ordinary Shares representing 16.1% of the Company voting rights.
