The proceeds of the sale of these shares, together with theshares sold by Mr Daubeney on 6 September 2006, are being used to finalise adivorce settlement. Following this disposal Mr Daubeney remains beneficiallyinterested in 1,121,959 ordinary shares which represents 1.32 per cent. of theissued share capital of the Company.
