Director's / PDMR Share Transactions

In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces that it has been notified by Alan Barber, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, of the following transactions in the ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.

On 24 November 2011 Mr Barber disposed of 300,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 33p and his wife, Pamela Barber, purchased 300,000 shares at 33p. 

Following the transactions, Mr Barber continues to have a notifiable interest in 2,024,677 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.45% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, being the same as previously notified.
