Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated specialist diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, was advised on 30 June, that on 29 and 30 June, Peter Kaspar, Non-Executive Director, acquired 6,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 136.5p per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Dr Kaspar is interested in 6,000 Ordinary Shares, 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
