Director / PDMR Shareholding 

The Company has been informed that James Kidwell, Finance Director of the Company, was awarded 7,500 ordinary shares in the Company as a deferred bonus on 27 May 2008 under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan. Accordingly, Mr. Kidwell's beneficial interest in the Company has increased to 79,750 ordinary shares, representing 0.38 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

In addition, Denis Petropoulos, Executive Director, was awarded 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company on the same basis as above. Accordingly, Mr. Petropoulos' beneficial interest in the Company has increased to 573,191 ordinary shares, representing 2.74 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
