The Company announces that options to subscribe for ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50 pence each in the capital of the Company have been granted on 30 September 2013 to eligible employees, including the following Executive Directors (each being a "PDMR"), under the Costain Group PLC Sharesave Plan:
