Director's Shareholding
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R the Company has been advised today that on 4 May 2010 John May, the Company's Non-Executive Director acquired 62,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.07% of the Company's Ordinary Shares in issue at a price of 79 pence per share.
As a result of this acquisition, John May is deemed to have a beneficial interest of 62,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
