On Monday 17 October 2011 the Company was notified by Anthony Simmonds, a non-executive director of the Company, that earlier in the day he had purchased 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 3.25 pence each.

Following this purchase Anthony Simmonds holds 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 0.21% of the issued share capital of the Company.
