Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Connected Persons

The Company announces that on Friday 27th March 2009 it received notification from Douglas Sutherland, a non-executive director of the Company, that on 26th March 2009 his wife purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 74.319 pence per share.

As at 27th March 2009 Mr. Sutherland holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 250,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
