Business Post announces that on 29 September 2009, Steve Patrick, a PDMR of the Company sold 5,155 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 209.5 pence per share. 

Following today's sale Steve Patrick now holds voting rights attached to 4,397 ordinary shares representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
