The Company announces that Simon Wigzell, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, notified the Company on 13 October 2015 that he purchased 172 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,793.11 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 October 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr Wigzell's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 15,000 Ordinary Shares (0.04%).
