Directors' Holdings
Under the terms of the HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan, which is open to all employees, shares for the 2010/11 SIPS were awarded today. The maximum allocation of shares per person for the 2010/11 tax year is 3,896 shares plus pro rata dividend shares according to individual holdings.
