CH Bailey plc ("the Company"), announces that it has been notified today that Mr Rod Reynolds, a non-executive director of the Company, has purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in C H Bailey at 175 pence per share via Logarithmics Ltd, a company in which Mr Rod Reynolds has a beneficial interest in. This transaction was effected on 23 December 2014.

Following this transaction Mr Rod Reynolds beneficially owns 115,000 Ordinary shares representing 1.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
