The Company announces that it was notified on 16 October 2015 that Philip Mortstedt, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 1,250 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,797 pence per Ordinary Share on 15 October 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 1,566 Ordinary Shares (0.004%).
